My name is Jonathan Ferrini and I am President of JBF Corporation. We are licensed California Real Estate Brokers and General Building Contractors in California for over 30 years!

Our experience includes the sale, lease, sublease, build to suit, and development of industrial property including manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, special use industrial property, scrap yards, and container yards. We have a history of vigorously representing our clients which include buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of industrial property which include both individuals and corporations.  We also complete feasibility studies including but not limited to transportation hubs, labor pools, housing, taxation, and cost of living variables affecting your bottom line.

I value my client’s time and strive to fully understand both their physical property and financial requirements before we begin our search for facilities or the disposition of facilities. We have a cadre of only the elite and cost effective banking, mortgage, construction, brokerage, environmental, legal, and political contacts available.

We work on a consulting fee basis which is determined by the scope of work. In sales and leasing assignments outside of Southern California, we screen, interview, and team with only the “best, brightest, and successful” industrial real estate brokerage specialists within the assignment area.  With the exception of the consulting fee, commissions will be paid by the landlord or seller.  In the event you are a property owner and retain us as your sales and leasing agent, the consulting fee may be credited towards the commission paid depending upon the scope of work.
